Bu politika, Erdem Altun tarafından sunulan RedRider oyunu ve bu destek sayfasındaki veri kullanımını açıklar.
İşlediğimiz bilgiler
- Oyun hesabı: Apple Game Center oyuncu tanımlayıcısı, kimlik doğrulama bilgileri, oyuncu adı ve seçersen ülke bilgisi. Ülke seçimi GPS konumu değildir.
- Oyun ilerlemesi: yarış sonuçları, lig ve puanlar, hedefler, oyun içi bakiyeler, motor ve parça sahipliği, yükseltmeler ve profil/görünüm seçimleri.
- Çevrimiçi yarış: eşleşme, yarış durumu, zamanlama ve yarışın doğruluğunu kontrol etmek için gereken oyun verileri. Sunucu bağlantıları IP adresi ve teknik hata/güvenlik kayıtları oluşturabilir.
- Satın alma ve abonelik: Apple işlem ve ürün tanımlayıcıları, imzalı işlem kaydı, oyun hesabıyla eşleme bilgisi, abonelik süresi ve iade/iptal durumu. Kart numaranı veya Apple hesabının şifresini almayız; ödeme Apple tarafından işlenir.
- Destek: bize yazdığında e-posta adresin ve mesajında paylaştığın bilgiler.
Bu bilgileri neden kullanıyoruz?
Hesabına erişim sağlamak, çevrimiçi yarışları yürütmek, ilerlemeni saklamak, satın aldığın içerik ve Rider Pass haklarını vermek, hataları ve hileyi araştırmak ve destek taleplerini karşılamak için kullanırız. Cihazdaki kontrol ve görüntü tercihleri yerel olarak saklanır. Sürüş için kullanılan hareket sensörü girdileri cihazda işlenir; kamera veya mikrofon kaydı yapmayız.
Paylaşım ve hizmet sağlayıcıları
Oyuncu adın, seçtiğin ülke, yarış sıralaman ve profil görünümün diğer oyunculara gösterilebilir. Çevrimiçi hesap ve yarış verileri Nakama tabanlı oyun sunucumuzda işlenir. Apple, Game Center ve satın alma hizmetlerini sağlar. Bu sayfa Hetzner üzerindeki oyun sunucumuzda barındırılır; barındırma hizmeti istekleri iletmek ve korumak için IP adresi gibi bağlantı verilerini işleyebilir. Verilerini satmayız. Kanuni bir yükümlülük veya güvenlik ihtiyacı olduğunda gerekli bilgileri yetkili mercilerle paylaşabiliriz.
Oyunun reklam içeren sürümlerinde Google AdMob kullanılır; geliştirme aşamasında test reklamları gösterilir. Reklam SDK'sı IP adresi (yaklaşık bölge için), cihaz tanımlayıcıları, reklam etkileşimleri ve tanılama/performans verilerini reklam sunma, ölçüm ve kötüye kullanımı önleme amacıyla işleyebilir. Ödüllü reklam seçersen sunucu doğrulaması için oyun hesabı tanımlayıcısı ve tek kullanımlık ödül kaydı Google'a iletilir; imzalı reklam sonucu oyun sunucusunda işlenir. Aktif Rider Pass banner ve geçiş reklamlarını kapatır; isteğe bağlı ödüllü reklamları tamamen kaldırmaz. Google gizlilik politikası ve SDK veri açıklaması ayrıntıları içerir. Bu web sayfasında analiz/reklam çerezi, takip betiği veya harici yazı tipi yoktur. Sunucu ve sağlayıcıların bulunduğu ülkeye bağlı olarak veriler farklı ülkelerde işlenebilir.
Saklama ve silme
Hesap ve ilerleme bilgilerini hizmeti sunmak için ihtiyaç duyduğumuz süre boyunca saklarız. Hesabının ve ilişkili verilerin silinmesini aşağıdaki adresten isteyebilirsin. Hesap sahipliğini doğrulamamız gerekebilir. Dolandırıcılığı ve aynı satın almanın tekrar kullanılmasını önlemek veya yasal yükümlülükleri yerine getirmek için gerekli sınırlı işlem/güvenlik kayıtları, yalnız bu amaçların gerektirdiği süre boyunca tutulabilir.
Verilerine erişim, düzeltme veya silme talebini ve geçerli hukuka göre diğer haklarını aynı adresten iletebilirsin. Hesap silme talebi Apple aboneliğini iptal etmez; aboneliğini Apple hesap ayarlarından ayrıca yönetmelisin.
Güvenlik ve çocuklar
Hesap erişimini doğrulama ve sunucu tarafı yetkilendirme ile koruruz; internet üzerinden hiçbir aktarımın mutlak güvenliği garanti edilemez. Oyun çocuklardan bilerek hassas kişisel bilgi istemez. Bir çocuğun kişisel bilgilerinin uygunsuz biçimde işlendiğini düşünüyorsan bizimle iletişime geç.

This policy explains how Erdem Altun handles information for the RedRider game and this support page.
Information we process
- Game account: Apple Game Center player identifier, authentication information, player name and optionally selected country. Country selection is not GPS location.
- Progress: race results, rank and points, goals, virtual balances, motorcycles, upgrades, cosmetics and profile selections.
- Online races: matchmaking, race state, timing and gameplay information needed to validate races. Server connections may create IP address and technical error/security records.
- Purchases and subscriptions: Apple transaction and product identifiers, signed transaction records, game account association, subscription duration and refund/cancellation status. Apple processes payments; we do not receive your card number or Apple account password.
- Support: your email address and information you include in your message.
How we use information
We use it to authenticate accounts, operate races, save progress, deliver purchases and Rider Pass benefits, investigate errors and cheating, and respond to support requests. Device control and display preferences are stored locally. Motion inputs used for riding are processed on the device. We do not record your camera or microphone.
Sharing and providers
Your player name, selected country, race ranking and profile appearance may be visible to other players. Our Nakama-based game server processes online account and race data. Apple provides Game Center and purchase services. Our game server hosted by Hetzner serves this page and may process connection information such as IP addresses to serve and protect requests. We do not sell your data. We may disclose necessary information to authorities to meet legal obligations or protect security.
Ad-enabled versions of the game use Google AdMob; development builds show test ads. The ad SDK may process IP addresses (for approximate region), device identifiers, ad interactions, diagnostics and performance information to serve and measure ads and prevent abuse. If you choose a rewarded ad, your game account identifier and a one-time reward record are sent to Google for server verification; our game server processes the signed result. An active Rider Pass disables banner and interstitial ads, while optional rewarded ads remain available. See the Google privacy policy and SDK data disclosure. This web page uses no advertising/analytics cookies, tracking scripts or external fonts. Information may be processed in other countries depending on where servers and providers operate.
Retention and your choices
We retain account and progress data for as long as needed to provide the service. Contact us below to request account and associated data deletion. We may need to verify account ownership. Limited transaction or security records may be retained only as needed to prevent fraud and repeated use of purchases or meet legal obligations.
You can request access, correction or deletion and exercise other rights available under applicable law using the same address. Deleting your game account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Manage your subscription separately in your Apple account settings.
Security and children
We protect accounts using authentication and server-side authorization, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. The game does not knowingly request sensitive personal information from children. Please contact us if you believe a child's personal information has been handled improperly.
